Niall is CEO and co-founder of Echelon Data Centres. He is also a principal of Aldgate Developments. Echelon Data Centres has grown organically since 2017 to be one of the largest data centre platforms in Europe and one of Ireland’s fastest-growing businesses. Echelon recently closed a major funding partnership with Starwood Capital which involved the investment of $850m in equity and involves an enterprise value of over €2.5bn on the business.

Sharon McCabe leads as the CEO of McCabes Pharmacy, a renowned chain of community pharmacies across Ireland. Recently, the family-owned McCabes Pharmacy group became a part of PHX Ireland, the parent company of the Lloyds Pharmacy chain in Ireland. Beyond her role at McCabes, Sharon offers her expertise as a voluntary Non-Executive Director on the Boards of St. Vincent’s Healthcare Holding Company and Cancer Trials Ireland. Additionally, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for Eason PLC, Ireland's largest bookstore business, and contributes her insights to Dublin Zoo.

Aisling’s HR career spans over 25 years, working across various industries as a senior HR professional prior to establishing Our Tandem in 2016. As a former HR Director of O2, Aisling led many global change initiatives that transformed performance management, talent management and led wider cultural change programmes. She also established and ran Telefonica’s first European HR shared service organisation. Before Telefonica, Aisling was a HR Director and Board member with SAP. She exited Our Tandem to Swedish HR tech company Beqom.
David Maxwell
David Maxwell Managing Director at Boojum Ltd
At the helm of Boojum’s success is the visionary leader, and current MD, David Maxwell, whose entrepreneurial acumen, coupled with a deep understanding of consumer preferences, has enabled Boojum to establish itself as one of the stand-out fast casual brands in Ireland. The business sold a controlling stake to the casual dining chain, the Azzurri Group in June 2023.

Jarlath has extensive senior leadership experience in the Irish IT landscape specializing in People & Culture, Business Performance and M&A (Integrations), having worked with some of Ireland's most successful companies, including Iona Technologies, FINEOS and most recently, Version 1. He has operated at Board level for many years covering a broad range of responsibilities including People and Culture, M&A (Integration) IT, Business Systems, Marketing and Strategy.
